The following general terms and conditions for PROGRESS Language and Computer School are in the best interests of the customer and this establishment. It is the intent of these terms and conditions to establish a trust between the customer and establishment, and to clear away any misunderstanding in the event of a conflict over any items related to doing business with PROGRESS Language and Computer School. Additionally, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any given time, and superceded by the General Managers of PROGRESS Language and Computer School. The information below is for general use, and we strongly suggest that you contact the General Managers of PROGRESS Language and Computer School for clarification.
The customer understands that in the case of not attending class, for any reason, on the day of the confirmed lesson, the aforementioned lesson will be charged to them automatically.
The customer understands that lessons must be completed within one (1) year of the enrollment date.
The customer understands that cancellation will only be accepted at least twenty-four (24) hours before the class begins. Failure to do so will result in a billing for that class. This a recovery fee for the time that the teacher spent in preparation of the lesson and being in attendance, waiting for the student, students who did not show.
The customer understands that tuition payments and registration fees are non-refundable items. This is necessary as the fees are used for document and certification approval prior to the beginning of the course.
The customer understands that the balance of the course fee is to be paid by the agreed time written on the initial contract form and that these fees are non-refundable.
The customer understands that payment of the course fee can be made by credit card, bank transfer or cash.
The customer understands and agrees that PROGRESS Language and Computer School, its employees and affiliates are not responsible, in part or in whole, for any personal injury, death, or loss of belongings at its premises, the premises of partner institutes, accommodation agents, or in any social or cultural activity arranged by, or for, PROGRESS Language and Computer School and / or its affiliates.
The customer understands that he / she must attend at least 90% of scheduled course sessions and complete all of the assessed components within the set period of time to remain eligible for, and to be eligible for course certification and any related visas.
The customer understands that they must provide any information regarding physical or mental conditions which may affect their performance, safety, or well-being during the course, or cause any undue threat to the staff, employees or customers of PROGRESS Language and computer School..
The customer understands that this Agreement shall be governed in all respects of, and interpreted in accordance with the Laws of Thailand.
These terms and conditions become active upon the customer signing a contract between themselves and PROGRESS Language and Computer School.
